The staff are super friendly and they gave us a great room on the second floor. There's no lift so that was nice as the first time we were on the 4th floor. Room was clean, fresh towels and pillows were given to us! Wifi was a little better than the first time we stayed here but still not so stable at all times.

The location is perfect to explore the city. The beds and pillows are confortable. The man at reception is very nice and helpful. This hotel could be perfect if a little cleaner. The curtains were absolutely disgusting. That's too bad because there is a lot of positive things

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Good location within walking distance to the pier and restaurants.

Perfect for a night in Sandakan. We were in town in between Kota Kinabalu and our Kinabatangan River Safari. The hotel was located right next to where we would be picked up and plenty comfortable for the cheap price. The staff were friendly. Would stay again if we stop in Sandakan

Hotel had a great location in the town. No extra charge for pillow which is always a plus! The room was mostly clean and AC was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located in the town center Very nice staff. Room isn't very big but still comfy and quiet at night. Definitely some potential in that place
